i have a built in belling electric oven. when turned on it makes a dreadful noise which we think is a fan problem. it is a rattling grating type noise that suggests it is catching on something or it is too tight. of course it might not be the fan at all that is just our amateur diagnosis. the noise is so unbearable that we dont use it now. I would be grateful if we could have an assessment of the repair work and a quote.
